Sankalp and its astrologers do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction.

3. Payments & Refunds

Consultations are pre-paid. Refunds are processed only in cases of technical failure or if the astrologer fails to attend a scheduled session. Disagreement with the astrological advice provided is not grounds for a refund.

4. User Conduct

Users must treat astrologers with respect. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination without refund.
